2. WHAT YOU GET
We will guide you throughout the studio setup process, including:

- •Backdrops and paper backgrounds
- •Shoot styling materials
- •Required studio materials
- •Supplier and purchasing guidance
The aim is to create a studio that follows the same professional standard and visual identity of Siru Bhurtel Photography.

4. CLOSE & RESULT-ORIENTED GUIDANCE
Our franchise model is designed to provide more than just a brand name. You will receive ongoing guidance in:

5. BRAND & QUALITY STANDARD
Every franchise studio will follow the approved Siru Bhurtel Photography standard. This includes:
Franchise partners cannot introduce a completely different style, branding or system without approval.
6. MARKETING & PROMOTION
As a franchise partner, you will become part of the wider Siru Bhurtel Photography brand. Your franchise studio may receive:

- •Promotion through the main Siru Bhurtel Photography social media pages
- •Inclusion in selected advertising campaigns
- •Brand-level promotional support
- •Use of approved promotional materials
Shared Promotion
When Siru Bhurtel Photography promotes the main brand, selected photographs/videos from franchise studios may also be used. Likewise, franchise studios may use approved Siru Bhurtel Photography promotional content for their own marketing. This allows both the main brand and franchise locations to grow together.
Client consent will be required before using client photographs for promotional purposes.
7. INVESTMENT PLAN
Investment: NPR 15,00,000-20,00,000 (Depending upon the Quantiy and variation to be introduce)
This investment package is designed to help establish the photography studio according to the approved Siru Bhurtel Photography standard.

- ✓Baby photography props
- ✓Cake Smash props and backdrops
- ✓Newborn posing materials
- ✓Maternity dresses and outfits
- ✓Studio backdrops
- ✓Paper backdrops
- ✓Shoot styling materials
- ✓Required photography-related studio materials
- ✓Setup and purchasing guidance
Not Included:
- ✕Camera bodies
- ✕Camera lenses
- ✕Studio decoration/interior decoration
- ✕Studio rent and advance
- ✕Staff salary
- ✕Electricity, internet and other operating costs
- ✕Local registration and government charges
- ✕Any item not specifically included in the final investment list
The final items, quantity and specifications will be discussed and approved before purchase.
8. MONTHLY SUPPORT & QUALITY CONTROL
The franchise partner will pay: 10% of Monthly Gross Studio Revenue
This monthly fee covers ongoing:
The purpose of this fee is to maintain a consistent Siru Bhurtel Photography standard across all franchise locations.

10. LOCATION & FRANCHISE AVAILABILITY
Franchise opportunities will be offered based on location and availability. Our preferred model is to maintain limited franchise locations in each city/area to protect brand quality and business opportunity.
Final territory and location will be discussed and mutually agreed before entering into the Franchise Agreement.
